We use “Ansys”, a top engineering simulation software mainly operated in the automobile and aerospace industries. By using this software, strength and structure analysis and simulation can be completed uncompromisingly.
【Load Analysis】
Vertically, horizontally, and torsionally, we test how much load is on each part of the hitch member by vibration load machine. Our qualifying standard is much higher than the usual driving situation. It will secure more for long life.
【Surface Treatment】
Hitch member is often used in tough conditions such as seawater or mud terrain. All SUNTREX hitch members are coated by multi-layered anti-rust paintings.
